OUR Approach

Andrew Kiggins and Jason Cullen are the directors behind Northwest Bike Week, a motorcycle rally built with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest and a bold vision for the future of the motorcycle community.

Both born and raised in the region — Jason in Oregon and Andrew in Washington — they grew up surrounded by a culture of riding, motorsports, and a genuine love for anything on two wheels. From an early age, motorcycles weren’t just a hobby for them, they were a lifestyle. That lifelong passion is what continues to drive everything they do today.

As the directors of Northwest Bike Week, Andrew and Jason share a common goal: to carry on the legacy of motorcycle rallies while helping the industry grow into what they truly believe it can be. They are passionate about bringing energy, excitement, and new life into the motorcycle scene — especially by connecting with the younger generation of riders.

Their vision for Northwest Bike Week is centered around recreating that feeling everyone had as a kid — riding bikes around the neighborhood with friends, ripping dirt bikes, and discovering the freedom that comes with being on two wheels. Whether it’s Harleys, sport bikes, dirt bikes, or anything in between, they want to show the younger generation that motorcycles are fun, welcoming, and full of community.

At the same time, Andrew and Jason are committed to honoring the traditional roots of motorcycle rallies — bringing together live music, bike shows, racing, stunt competitions, vendors, and the classic rally atmosphere that has defined motorcycle culture for decades.

Their goal is to help build Northwest Bike Week into something truly special for the Pacific Northwest — a rally that becomes a staple for the region’s motorcycle community and a destination riders look forward to year after year.

Andrew and Jason aren’t just organizing an event — they’re helping shape the future of motorcycle culture in the Pacific Northwest by blending tradition with a new generation of riders.
